Terms of Service

Last updated: February 27, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the EdgeBlog website and services at edgeblog.ai (“Service”), operated by Rachel Gerrish, doing business as EdgeBlog (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Submit URLs in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of any third party
  • Use the Service to generate content that infringes on third-party rights
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service beyond what we provide

2. The Service

Blog Demo

The Blog Demo processes publicly accessible content from URLs you submit. Your submitted URL and its public content will be sent to third-party AI services for processing. Generated demo outputs (cloned pages, blog templates, sample articles) are for evaluation purposes only and provided “as is.”

Platform

The EdgeBlog platform provides a dashboard for managing sites, configuring content strategies, creating author profiles, generating and publishing AI-written articles, and viewing analytics on published blog content. Platform features require an account and may be subject to plan-based limits.

AI-generated content

All content generated by the Service—whether through the Blog Demo or the platform—is produced by artificial intelligence. We make no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or unintended similarities to third-party works. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or otherwise using it.

3. Accounts & Organizations

To access platform features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Organizations may have multiple members. Organization administrators are responsible for managing member access and permissions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraudulent activity.

4. Intellectual Property

Your content. You retain all rights to content you submit, including URLs, content strategy configurations, and author profile information. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Generated articles. You own the articles generated for your sites. You may export, republish, and modify them freely. Generated articles are provided “as is”—it is your responsibility to review them for accuracy and to ensure they do not infringe on third-party rights.

Demo outputs. Blog Demo outputs are for evaluation purposes. You may use them at your own discretion, subject to any applicable third-party rights.

Our content. The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by EdgeBlog and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Payment & Billing

  • Billing is recurring (monthly or annual) and auto-renews until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
  • Your plan tier determines article quotas, site limits, and available features. Exceeding your plan limits may require an upgrade.
  • All fees are non-refundable. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion on a pro-rated basis.
  • We may change our pricing with at least 30 days’ prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

6. Privacy Policy

Our collection and use of information is governed by our Privacy Policy at edgeblog.ai/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content generated by AI will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeBlog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or one hundred dollars ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EdgeBlog from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

If we terminate your account for violation of these Terms, any pre-paid fees are forfeited. If we discontinue the Service or terminate your account without cause, we will provide a pro-rated refund of any pre-paid fees for the unused portion of your subscription.

Upon cancellation or termination, you may request an export of your generated articles in MDX format by contacting us. We will make such exports available within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in San Francisco County, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. Each party bears its own costs.

13. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EdgeBlog regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
